Spell It Right

Adik was selected to represent the school to a Spell It Right (in Bahasa Melayu) competition in Titiwangsa (7 Nov 2009). So early morning on Saturday, we sent Adik to school and one of the teachers brought them to the competition venue. She didn't seem nervous, looked cool but unprepared. The night before I flipped through the Kamus Dewan and tested her spelling skills with some complicated words...Actually I was more nervous than her..

She managed to qualify for semi-final and Adik said the word which she failed to spell correctly sounded like a tamil word rather than bahasa melayu word..??? or may be she was too nervous..Anyway, good attempt Dik..Mama is always proud of you...
